Force yourself to follow strict eating rules to lose weight?
Feel like you can’t wear the clothing you love?
Say no to social events because you want to hide your body?
Feel guilt and shame about your size?
Based on the guiding principles of mindfulnmess, self compassion and gratitude, the body
compassion program includes 8 group sessions designed to help you stop hating your body and learn
to appreciate your body for the kick ass partner it is in your life.
In this course you will learn how to:
- free yourself from punishing diets
- shift from body criticism to gratitude
- begin showing kindness and care to yourself and your body
-come to a place of peaceful acceptance of your body rather than hatred and war
Group runs for 8 Mondays starting Nov. 22nd- Jan. 10th from 7:00-8:30pm
Current group is for adults!
Cost is $525 and includes a copy of The Body Compassion Journal
Receipts will be given for benefit claims if applicable.
