Based on the guiding principles of mindfulness, self compassion and gratitude, the body
compassion program includes 8 modules designed to help you stop hating your body and learn
to appreciate your body for the kick ass partner it is in your life.
In this course you will learn how to:
- free yourself from punishing diets
- shift from body criticism to gratitude.
- begin showing kindness and care to yourself and your body
-Come to a place of peaceful acceptance rather than hatred and war.
